I posted an article the other day about my Review on ViaViente as a company to partner with. I found ViaViente to be a great company with a lot of opportunity. That said, with the opportunity at hand, ViaViente distributors will still be wondering how to go about finding success in the company.
I thought I would give some tips & techniques on knowing the ins & outs of finding success in a ViaViente business. One may say that they seem too simple, but the fact of the matter is, building a successful MLM business is comprised of simple, daily actions done consistently over time. Why so many fail is that there is no accountability, no responsibility. The daily actions dwindle down to every other day, then every 2 - 3 days, then once a week. Once a week will not build wealth! So, let's get to it....
#1 - What was your purpose for joining ViaViente or why do you have an interest in the company? SOMETHING in you made you think this could solve some challenge you were having at the time. Maybe it was money, or your health, or your time, or you lousy job. What was it? You must identify what you are wanting to get out of the business and be specific. Your car GPS can't give you a roadmap until you enter the destination. Your mind is like that, too! It needs to know where it's going! So, for example, you joined ViaViente in order to make your living expenses a little easier to meet each month. What does that mean? Do you need $500 more or $1,000? How much do you need each month. Then you reach that goal and your next is to buy a new car. What kind of car? How much will the car cost you? How much do you have to put down? See what I mean? Have specifics! What will keep you moving forward each day working your business?
2 - Product usage is a must! Be a product of the product. I have never heard anything more stupid then a distributor saying, 'I'll set up my autoship once I have a team or am making money.' What? It makes no sense. You see, if you don't use the products, your team will do as you do and wait until they earn money. Then where does that get you? What do we get paid for? CONSUMPTION of our product! When we have a great personal story to tell about our products, people will join us and buy from us! When we feel the results of our products we become passionate! We have something to share and are more apt to share with more people! On the flip side, when we have NO results from the product, well then, that's a sign to look for something we can have passion in!
#3 - Here's a biggie, so pay attention! Top income earners with any MLM company including ViaViente get there because they have sponsored a lot of people. 100+ people. 'Well, duh, you say!' Well, if you are working your business every other day, well truth be told, you'll be 95 before you sponsor enough people to reach your goal. You will need to learn to build outside the box. What does that mean? Learn marketing strategies that the masses aren't implementing! These are strategies that you upline hasn't told you about. They have told you about the strategies that the masses are doing. Market yourself, not your company! Look at the top income earners from other MLM companies. They market themselves first and attract people to them with their knowledge of the industry, then bam, they present the opportunity. People follow because they are a LEADER not because they have the best company, best product, best comp plan, etc.! ***This is a KEY point!*** Read this paragraph again. There will be people that roll their eyes and think I jumped off the crazy train. They aren't ready for success. Why? Because hearing something outside the norm is still uncomfortable! 4. Stay focused. A few, small, minute activities done DAILY will lead to MASSIVE results. You will not get immediate gratification for your efforts. Know that. You may work a whole week and not have much to show for it. This is when most ViaViente distributors will quit because they are convinced it doesn't work. YOU stick with it and find that all of the sudden, you hit a tipping point and you get to revel in the reward of all your hard work. By hard, I mean your commitment to sticking with it, your dedication. The tasks aren't hard, but the commitment can be!
5 - The activities are this: generate leads, contact leads, present opportunity, follow up and repeat. That's it. The first step is why most quit. They run out of people to talk to and 'don't know how' to get more. It's exhausting to hear that, but that's another article in and of itself. This is where the principles in #3 are CRITICAL! Master that and lead generation will never be an issue again!
3 - What is your self-development habit? Do you spend at least 30 minutes a day developing your mind? Finding inspiration from a successful entrepreneur? Learning new skills from the top ViaViente income earner? If not, then best of luck to you! Without developing your mind and learning new skills, nothing you do will get you to the top. Your success in ViaViente is more determined by what is IN your head, then how to speak. You will become more confident because you have more knowledge. People will start to listen because you are a confident entrepreneur! It's a beautiful thing!
That wraps it up. Only 6 things that will separate you from the masses of ViaViente distributors clawing their way to the top. Develop your skills, implement daily and the sky is the limit. The ViaViente stage will be all yours! Fail forward. Top producers fail more than others. Match their numbers and you'll be at the top before you know it!
